We are located at No. 51, Wutong Road, Binhai Park, Longwan District, Wenzhou City, China. There are more than 200 employees in our company. The location of us is geographical advantages which is near Ninngbo and Shanghai port. Our products are supported by high-quality raw material supply of Tsingshan Holding Group which is the most costeffective enterprise of producing ASTM 304 and 316 stainless steel in the world. We combined with its own strong machining capabilities and experienced production team, it also has a raw steel forging plant and a surface treatment workshop to create a complete and solid production system.
At present, the company has 120 150-type CNC lathes to meet the batch supply of standard products; which are more than 10 Mazak and Doosan high-precision CNC lathes to provide customers with high-precision product accessories; 3 five-axis machining centers, 5 gantry machining centers, 15 standard vertical machining centers and 20 customized special machines to provide customers with complex processing of special-shaped and multi-hole products; and can meet the processing of workpieces with a diameter of 3200mm and a weight of less than 10 tons, and 32 CNC equipment with a processing diameter range of 680mm-2000mm to ensure the timely and perfect delivery of customer orders;
We also provide design, welding, polishing, assembly, testing services for customers. We have many technical personnel to provide customers with drawing and 3D modeling services. We have processing equipment such as automatic pipe-to-pipe welding, automatic circumferential seam welding, surface polishing, inner diameter polishing, etc. We also have a laboratory with testing capabilities including material testing, "C" element testing, tensile testing, impact testing, intergranular corrosion, metallographic testing, hardness testing, and ultrasonic testing to fully meet customer needs.
We also have a digital management system, from ERP to production EMS system, and then to warehouse management system; from incoming product inspection, initial processing inspection, in-process inspection, to final inspection and delivery, there are complete digital records; from the start of planning and the time nodes of each process start, as well as the work reporting data that employees are concerned about, and the time progress that customers are concerned about, all are fully presented.
