Sanitary Welded Check Valve
Sanitary Welded Check Valve is a type of valve specifically designed for industries with high sanitary standards. It connects via welding, ensuring unidirectional media flow and preventing cross-contamination.
Sanitary welded check valves are primarily used in piping systems requiring strict hygienic control, such as food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
Working Principle
When media flows in the normal direction and pushes the valve disc, the valve opens. When the media flow stops or reverses, the valve disc automatically closes under its own weight and the pressure of the reverse flow, preventing media backflow.
Types and Structural Features
Type: Based on the connection method, sanitary welded check valves utilize welded connections, ensuring a secure fit to the pipeline and preventing leakage.
Structural Features: These valves feature a smooth internal flow path with no dead corners, facilitating easy cleaning and sterilization. Sealing materials typically consist of food-grade rubber or silicone, ensuring the media remains uncontaminated.

Our products are supported by high-quality raw material supply of Tsingshan Holding Group which is the most costeffective enterprise of producing ASTM 304 and 316 stainless steel in the world. At present, the company has 120 150-type CNC lathes to meet the batch supply of standard products; which are more than 10 Mazak and Doosan high-precision CNC lathes to provide customers with high-precision product accessories; 3 five-axis machining centers, 5 gantry machining centers, 15 standard vertical machining centers and 20 customized special machines to provide customers with complex processing of special-shaped and multi-hole products; and can meet the processing of workpieces with a diameter of 3200mm and a weight of less than 10 tons, and 32 CNC equipment with a processing diameter range of 680mm-2000mm to ensure the timely and perfect delivery of customer orders;
We also provide design, welding, polishing, assembly, testing services for customers. We have many technical personnel to provide customers with drawing and 3D modeling services.
