Our production capacity consists of: First, blank forging plant, machining workshop and surface treatment workshop. Second, the company currently has 120 150-type CNC lathes, which can meet the mass production of standardized products. Third, it is equipped with more than 10 Mazak and Doosan high-precision CNC lathes to improve the production capacity of precision product accessories for customers. Fourth, we also have 3 five-axis machining centers, 5 gantry machining centers, 15 standard vertical machining centers and 20 customized special machines to provide customers with complex processing services for special-shaped and multi-hole products. It can process work pieces with a diameter of 3200mm and a weight of less than 10 tons. There are 32 CNC machines with a processing diameter range of 680mm-2000mm to ensure timely and perfect delivery of customer orders.

Meanwhile, we provide customers with design, welding, polishing, assembly, testing services. We have several technicians with relevant capabilities to provide customers with drawing and 3D modeling services; We have processing equipment such as pipe-temporary automatic welding, girth automatic welding, surface polishing, inner diameter polishing, etc.; And we also have a laboratory with testing capabilities including material testing, "("element testing, tensile testing, impact testing, interphase corrosion, full phase testing, hardness testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, to fully meet customer needs;
