    Working Principle:

       The working principle of the adjustable stainless steel 200X pressure reducing valve is to control the opening and closing of the main valve through the pilot valve, thereby regulating the outlet pressure. The specific process is as follows: When water flows through the needle valve and enters the main valve control chamber, the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve closes, and the control chamber stops discharging water. The pressure in the main valve control chamber rises and the main valve closes, and the outlet pressure no longer increases. When the outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens, and the control chamber discharges water downstream. Since the drainage volume of the pilot valve system is greater than the inflow volume of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control chamber decreases, and the inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. In a stable state, the inflow and drainage in the control chamber are the same, the opening degree of the main valve remains unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable.

     Detailed explanation of the working principle: 

      1.Medium Flow and Pressure Regulation: When the valve supplies water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve and enters the main valve control chamber. The outlet pressure acts on the throttle valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure exceeds the set value of the throttle valve spring, the throttle valve closes, and the control chamber stops discharging water. The pressure in the main valve control chamber rises and the main valve closes, and the outlet pressure no longer increases. When the outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the throttle valve spring, the throttle valve opens, and the control chamber starts discharging water downstream. 
      2.Automatic Regulation and Stability: Due to the drainage volume of the throttle valve system being greater than the inflow volume of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control chamber decreases. The inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. In a stable state, the control chamber has the same inflow and drainage, the main valve opening degree remains unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable.
