Large Flange Ball-Type Check Valve is a type of valve equipment primarily used in pipeline systems to prevent the reverse flow of media.
It typically employs a large flange connection to ensure its sealing performance and stability,and is mainly used to prevent the reverse flow of media in pipelines, ensuring media can only flow in one direction.
Working Principle:
When media flows in the normal direction and pushes against the valve chamber, the valve opens. When the media flow stops or reverses, the valve chamber automatically closes utilizing its own weight and the pressure of the reverse flow, thereby preventing backflow.

Structural Features:This type of valve typically features a spherical inner chamber and a floating ball design. It provides ample free movement space, effectively reducing water hammer phenomena and minimizing noise and impact during closure.
