At Xingsheng, our pride lies in our formidable suite of cutting-edge equipment, featuring 120 high-efficiency 150-type CNC lathes, perfect for the mass production of standard components. Our facility is further empowered with over 10 CNC lathes from esteemed brands such as Mazak and Doosan, designed for precision accessory crafting. Our operations boast 3 cutting-edge five-axis machining centers, 5 towering gantry machining centers, and 15 standard vertical machining units, complemented by 20 custom-specialized machines. This extensive machinery arsenal enables us to expertly manage intricate, uniquely shaped, and multi-hole product processing. With a remarkable capacity to handle workpieces up to 3200mm in diameter and weighing under 10 tons, and 32 CNC machines accommodating a processing diameter range from 680mm to 2000mm, we ensure timely, flawless fulfillment of customer demands.
Our comprehensive services encompass meticulous design, welding, polishing, assembly, and rigorous testing, fulfilling every dimension of customer requirements. Our highly-skilled technical team delivers professional drawing and 3D modeling services, supported by cutting-edge equipment like automatic pipe-to-pipe welding, circumferential seam welding, and both surface and inner diameter polishing. Our advanced laboratory is outfitted with thorough testing capabilities, including material analysis, 'C' element testing, tensile, impact, intergranular corrosion, metallographic, hardness, and ultrasonic evaluations.
